There’s a gathering of the Inditex family at Meadowhall with the global fashion group set to bring both its Stradivarius and Pull&Bear brands to the ever-growing Sheffield shopping centre that expects strong leasing activity in 2026.

But first the latest signings, due to open this summer, which are set to join the Bershka and Zara banners, taking the Spanish giant’s four-brand footprint at Meadowhall to over 70,000 sq ft.
Pull&Bear’s taken a prominent 13,000 sq ft flagship at the heart of the scheme, located on the Lower Level High Street. The urban fashion brand will stock its full collection of menswear, womenswear, accessories, and footwear, set within Pull&Bear’s latest design concept, “offering an interactive and visionary shopping experience”.

Taking the adjacent unit, Stradivarius’ 8,200 sq ft of space creates a regional flagship to showcase the womenswear brand’s full clothing, footwear, and accessories collections.
As mentioned, they join Bershka, which first took space there in late 2024, a year in which Zara also upsized, introducing its latest store-fit to the destination.
Richard Crowther, Retail Leasing director at owner/operator British Land, said: “This double deal with Inditex, to create regional debuts for Stradivarius and Pull&Bear, is indicative of the leasing demand at Meadowhall, and its success.
“Our longstanding partnership with Inditex… has created an environment in which the global fashion group has invested further in Meadowhall… evidence of that continued desire for presence [here] from one of the biggest names in retail.”
The signings “follow a milestone year at Meadowhall”, as the shopping centre celebrated its 35-year anniversary in 2025, coupled with “substantial leasing demand… due to continue into 2026”.
Last year, the centre exchanged on new leases covering over 300,000 sq ft, seeing £47 million investment by brands alone across 2024 and 2025.
“2026 will be no different, with more than 25 brands already committed, and due to bring a further £8 million of investment to the centre”, British Land added.
