Vintage-inspired fashion brand Rixo has joined the Bicester Village community, opening a permanent boutique at hugely the popular Oxfordshire fashion outlet-cum-tourist hotspot.

Marking an “exciting new chapter for the brand”, the boutique becomes an essential part of Rixo’s “broader revolve strategy encouraging circularity of product”.
The Bicester space is inspired by “eccentric and eclectic English estates”, designed by Gemma McCloskey, founder of Cúpla studio and twin sister of Rixo co-founder Orlagh McCloskey, to reveal the brand’s “vintage-inspired aristocratic flair”.
It becomes Rixo’s seventh store globally, and will offer a selection of the brand’s off-price items and ready-to-wear pieces from its latest collections, including footwear and accessories. The offer includes the “sell-out” Rixo x Dragon Diffusion collaboration as well as markdown styles from the Rixo Bridal collection.
Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey said of the opening: “It’s a wonderful opportunity to reach new audiences and share our commitment to circularity, by bringing Rixo’s never-before-seen gems, iconic… classics and special pieces to an even wider community.”
Rixo has been very busy this year with new London flagship and new Liberty space, plus a resale launch. And it made its return to the London Fashion Week SS26 schedule to “mark a milestone moment, the brand’s 10-year anniversary”.
The collection, entitled We Are One, is “a vibrant celebration of humanity” and expands its categories, as well as completely rebranding the business.
Bicester Village is a must-be-there location for premium and high-end names and remains one of the UK’s top shopping centres, as well as a key destination for tourists. It attracts over 7 million visitors annually.
