French sportswear brand Salomon opened on Thursday its first Brooklyn store, in Williamsburg.

Located at 127 N. 6th St., the 1,120-square-foot space sits in the heart of one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant creative hubs. The store is designed as an immersive destination for both urban explorers and outdoor enthusiasts, reflecting the energy of the Williamsburg neighbourhood while channeling Salomon’s commitment to inspiring movement and adventure.
The boutique is characterized by clean, modern aesthetics and natural elements that nod to Salomon’s mountain sports roots, offering customers a refined and functional retail experience that brings the brand’s vision to life.
“We’re proud to bring Salomon to Brooklyn,” said LeeAnn Fallon, VP of retail, Salomon North America. “This store is more than a retail space—it celebrates all forms of movement, whether running on city streets or hiking mountain trails. It’s an important step in connecting with our community while sharing our passion for sport and innovation.”
The opening follows a period of rapid retail expansion for Salomon in North America. The brand planted roots on the West Coast last month with its first California store in West Hollywood, and in August, it opened a new location in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood.
The Williamsburg debut marks Salomon’s fifth North American location and completes the brand’s plan to open five physical stores in 2025.
