Italian e-commerce solutions specialist Ops eCom (formerly Giglio Group) has taken a further step along its recovery path. After selling a stake to investment firm Fortezza Capital Holding, and appointing a new senior executive team, Ops eCom, which designs and runs e-tail platforms for the fashion, design, lifestyle, food and healthcare sectors, has entered into a strategic partnership with Florentine luxury menswear label Stefano Ricci.

Stefano Ricci has bought a stake in the e-commerce specialist by converting the €2.8 million credit it had with Giglio Group Spa, Ops eCom’s previous incarnation, into unlisted Ops eCom shares. Future commercial cooperation between the companies is also on the cards.

The operation, which will have to be approved at the AGM convened on December 29, 2025, will feature an increase in Ops eCom’s share capital and has set the share price, including surcharge, at €0.21 per share.

“The partnership with Stefano Ricci is a first example of how we can exploit the cutting-edge technological assets at the disposal of Ops eCom S.p.a. These assets, notably the Omnia platform, based on AI and an integrated end-to-end approach, position us as a competitive partner for companies looking to boost their online distribution and their brands’ presence in foreign markets,” said Ciro Di Meglio, CEO of Ops eCom.

The deal is part of the turnaround plan drawn up by Ops eCom’s new management, which includes a paid-up share capital increase worth €3.738 million, already underwritten, a bond conversion for €500,000, two share capital increase proposals by Fortezza Capital Holding worth €6 million, and partnership deals with IBox, GdL and Stefano Ricci. As a result, Ops eCom’s current net equity would grow from minus €18.98 million (as of December 31, 2025) to minus €2.73 million.
