MZ Wallace opens first West Coast store

New York–based accessories brand MZ Wallace will open its first West Coast store in Los Angeles on Friday, at Westfield Century City.

Designed in the image of its New York flagship, the 615-square-foot boutique features floor-to-ceiling marble print inspired by Gio Ponti’s marble-pattern rubber flooring created for the Pirelli Tower in Milan. The visual identity has become a unifying design element across all MZ Wallace locations.

The brand, celebrated for its timeless style and functional bags, will showcase its six signature collections in the new space, including its best-selling Metro line of lightweight quilted nylon bags.

With a steadily growing customer base in Los Angeles, the company said a coast-to-coast presence was a natural next step—arriving just in time for the holiday shopping season.

The new store becomes the brand’s sixth retail location, joining its recently opened stores in Boston and Washington, D.C., as well as established locations in New York City, Chicago, and Miami.
