East Midlands retail and leisure destination Derbion has signed Crew Clothing to become the fashion brand’s first location in the region.

Set to open in December, it’s signed a lease agreement for a 1,200 sq ft standalone unit.
Carol Kane, head of Retail North from Crew Clothing, said: “In Derbion we have the perfect location to grow our footprint across the region. The store will open just in time for the festive season, and customers will be able to shop our new winter and Christmas and collections in store from opening.”
Its arrival caps a busy year of openings for Crew Clothing, including stores in Brighton, Belfast, Kingston-on-Thames and spaces in London’s Muswell Hill and Chiswick, and has now grown its presence across the country to over 100 standalone stores, concessions and outlets nationwide.
Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, added: “Crew Clothing increases our fashion offering [and] this letting… caps an action-packed year for Derbion as we continue to evolve our retail and leisure offering.”
She said that such arrivals and the continued investment by Derbion retailers has helped to attract more than 15 million visitors a year.
The arrival of Crew Clothing follows the recent announcement that Primark will also be coming to Derbion in early 2027. Earlier this year it welcomed Victoria’s Secret, Seasalt, and Luke 1977, while Footlocker, Pandora and Moss all invested in store upgrades.
