The brand’s 1,582 sq ft “innovative retail concept” (a mix of modern design with timeless elegance, it says) reflects its “continued growth”.

The opening looks to be a key endorsement of the financial district’s ‘Square Mile’ that has struggled with a slow post-pandemic return to office working that’s now picking up pace. Indeed, Broadgate, which boasts 289,000 sq ft of premier retail, hospitality and leisure space, highlight’s the immediate area’s current 29 million+ annual visitors, set to rise to 36 million in 2026.

The store therefore caters to a mix of office workers, commuters travelling through Liverpool Street station, and tourists heading to the popular Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and Brick Lane destinations.

“The City’s financial pros will welcome the brand’s range of Italian suiting, while casualwear and luxury cashmere pieces will appeal to customers as the festive season approaches”, Moss said.

Its creative director Robbi Hicks added: “It’s a space that puts the customer experience first. With dedicated areas for our full ready-to-wear range and hire services, it’s built to offer more for every occasion. With [our] commitment to both style and substance, Moss is showing that the future of retail belongs to those willing to evolve.”

The store forms part of Moss’s wider strategy to “elevate the in-store experience”, following on from a year of refurbishment and expansion across key UK locations, taking the total count to 115 stores by the end of 2025.
