Logisfashion, a Spanish company specialising in logistics for the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, has appointed Diego Larrañaga, until now its chief operating officer, as its new CEO. The company framed the move as part of a strategic reorganisation designed to strengthen its leadership structure and consolidate its growth on a scalable operating and financial model, it said.

Logisfashion noted that Juan Manzanedo, who had been CEO, will remain as executive chairman and managing director on the board.

“This decision marks a turning point in our history. It allows us to strengthen our financial structure, consolidate our position in key markets, and accelerate the technological transformation required by the sector. We are ready to attract new clients, especially in sectors such as beauty and perfumery, and to support the extraordinary growth of our subsidiaries in Latin America. Now is the time to look ahead with ambition and confidence,” said the executive.

The Spanish logistics company has opted to restructure its finance and business development departments “to ensure the sustainability of its growth plans and to develop a more efficient and scalable operating model”. In parallel, it is implementing what it calls a “process of organisational professionalisation”, in line with its strategic plan for 2025-2028, focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and expansion in strategic markets in Europe and Latin America.

“The company is moving closer to its goal of establishing itself as a global, flexible and highly specialised logistics operator, with a strategic focus on both retail and e-commerce, supported by agile structures, connected teams, and a culture of innovation and collaboration that drives sustainable growth,” it concludes.

Founded in 1996, Logisfashion currently has a global presence and more than 610,000 square metres of operational space, with facilities in Spain, Latin America, and Asia. In financial terms, it grew by 11% in 2024 to 164 million euros.
