The Los Angeles-based company said sales at its namesake Revolve platform grew 5% to $254.6 million, while sister platform Fwrd lifted 3% to $41 million for the three months ending September.

By region, total domestic sales rose 4% to $231.4 million, while international sales increased 6% to $64.2 million.

For the quarter, net income surged 97% to $21.2 million, including an insurance recovery of $4.5 million ($3.4 million, net of taxes), according to the company’s latest earnings update.

“We had a very solid third quarter, highlighted by exceptional gross margin performance that drove an 11% increase in gross profit year-over-year and a 45% increase in Adjusted EBITDA to $25 million, our highest ever for a third quarter,” said co-founder and co-CEO, Mike Karanikolas.

“Particularly in the current tariff environment, I am extremely pleased by our nearly 350 basis point increase in gross margin year-over-year that further validates the competitive advantage of our data-driven merchandising and puts us on track to expand our gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA margin in the full year 2025 for the second straight year.”

Last month, the company launched a new label created and designed by Sofia Richie Grainge. Dubbed “SRG”, the line reflects Sofia’s signature aesthetic — polished yet effortless, timeless yet modern — and aims to offer consumers a considered wardrobe built on quality and durability.
