In the first nine months of 2025, BasicNet, the Italian group that owns among others the Robe di Kappa, Sebago, Superga and K-Way brands, recorded aggregate product sales by its brands worth €909 million, up 7.3%.

BasicNet’s own consolidated revenue in the period was €303.4 million, up 2.5% over the €296 million reported in 2024. EBITDA was €39.8 million (as opposed to €40.6 million last year), and EBIT was €23.4 million (versus €26.9 million), after depreciation of tangible and intangible assets for €7.7 million, and depreciation of usage rights for €8.7 million, and following the opening of 11 directly operated stores in the period.
These are pro forma results, excluding the extraordinary effects of the sale, completed on February 28, of approximately 40% of the stake held by BasicNet in K-Way, and its related costs, amounting to €18.8 million. The capital gain arising from the sale, provisionally calculated at €140.1 million, is recorded in BasicNet S.p.A’s separate financial statement.
The group’s net financial position with banks, including the impact of the K-Way stake’s sale, is effectively zero, improving on the minus €90.8 million recorded as of December 31, 2024. BasicNet’s overall net financial position improved from minus €142 million as of December 31, 2024, to minus €61 million as of September 30, 2025.
